A shortcut to a peaceful life

Think back to the countless days you found yourself engulfed in the depths of melancholy or consumed by anger, only for those emotions to fade away over time, replaced by newfound joy in yet another experience.
These pendulum swings from one emotional extreme to another are a natural part of the human journey.
