About Enter Samatvam
All things in this world are transient in nature, including our thoughts and emotions. The best of things eventually come to an end but so do the unpleasant ones. We pass through our lives experiencing the ever-changing waves of good and bad in the world outside and within.
When we identify with and hold onto these transient phenomena, knowingly or unknowingly we create a cycle of suffering.
How do we then discover our path to true everlasting happiness, joy, and bliss?
The answer perhaps lies in how we approach the present moment and the experience being presented to us. Each of us has the power to interpret our experiences in a way that can contribute to our ultimate growth toward long-lasting contentment. Life gives us the free will to either hold onto or let go of each moment. We always have the choice to decide how we treat what is in front of us.
Samatvam (Sanskrit: समत्वं) (Suh-muhth-vuhm) in Sanskrit refers to equanimity; a quality of being equal or same to everything; a state of Balance.
A balanced mindset is integral to leading what we traditionally define as a successful, yet harmonious life. Going beyond that, an equanimous mind is crucial to discover life’s true wondrous nature; your true wondrous nature. For, Life is you; you are Life.
To facilitate this realization in direct experience, we need to pause and re-examine our habits and conditioning. This undertaking is greatly supported if there’s a fresh pair of eyes to join in on the task.
Thus, with a lot of excitement and inspiration, we hope to share tools, pointers, and oftentimes, friendly reminders, that will help you in this journey.
